Meet Bernard King, one of New Zealand's pioneer tropical fruit specialists. From first trials of importing and growing exotic fruits in 1977 to today's somewhat larger operation, Ben's passion for growing has created a legacy of healthy trees and successful growers across New Zealand.

We're just working on this page but it might take some time as Ben has thousands of files to sort through. Unfortunately, before the internet and phone-camera days, people like Ben growing things didn't take huge wads of photos each week. If you have some trees that Ben supplied you with some years back, we'd love to see them.
