Mango Research Collective
The first collective mango data programme in New Zealand.

What's involved:

  • Submit monthly growing reports from your location
  • Flowering dates, temperatures, growth observations
  • Receive quarterly research summaries from all members
  • Access to NZ climate data mapped by region
  • Contribute to something that's never been done before in NZ
  • Recognition in published research findings

Apply after your trees are planted. Membership is reviewed — not everyone qualifies, but most genuine growers do.

Common Questions

Do I need to buy trees to join Ben's Mango Circle?
Yes — BMC is for BensGarden buyers. Your order number is your username. If you bought trees in a previous season, use the Previous Buyer Signup to create your account.
Is Ben's Mango Circle free?
Yes, completely free. It comes with your tree purchase.
Can I be in both clubs?
Yes. Most MRC members are also Mango Circle members. They use the same order number as their username but have separate login pages and separate content areas.
What if I bought trees years ago and don't have my invoice?
Email sam@kingag.co.nz — we keep records and can look you up.
When will MRC content be available?
The portal launches properly once trees are in the ground — November 2026. Signups are open now so you're ready to go when the season starts.
